Subscribed for the "free trial" but was charged a months fee, despite having cancelled before the free trial period was finished, and despite never actively using the service. Be cautious - "Zack" from the customer support email is a chatbot that will send you in circles unless you specifically ask to speak with a live agent. Edit: changed from 1 star to 4 stars. After successfully connecting with a real person, they resolved the issue almost immediately. I guess this is the new normal with chatbots & AI in the world. Same review stands - be cautious of the AI service aspect, and request a live agent as soon as you start any convo to save some time.
Hey William, Thanks for your review. I’d like to clarify what happened here. Your store installed the app on March 2nd, with a 14-day free trial running through to March 16th. After this date, the app automatically transitioned onto a paid plan as it remained installed, and stayed active until it was uninstalled on April 30th. Charges are only applied once the trial period has ended. That said, as soon as you reached out, we processed your refund within a couple of hours as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding support, Zack is our AI assistant designed to help get quick answers, but you can always request a human agent at any time and the conversation will be handed over. Quite tricky to make advance configurations if you're not tech savvy, but with the great team support it becomes much more easier. The basic configurations are pretty straightforward. And a beginning step by step procedure to get up and running is provided. Works pretty well for now.

App works but could be better. In-app chat support works but response time could be improved. We faced some issues that kept repeating itself even after several fixes. Support and development team (Rutvik) ended up fixing things on their side after being escalated. Happy to keep using the app for now.

There was a bug in the app and it caused issues with our pickup/delivery options. I was on a live chat with Betty who found the problem and found a solution that works perfectly. Zapiet's support is great!

Great support, Sri made a custom plan with a feature that was missing, although i don't know how i feel about functions of a paused plan changing.

Zapiet est une application très complète, offrant de nombreuses fonctionnalités et disponible en plusieurs langues, ce qui la rend très pratique à utiliser. Nous attendons encore les modifications concernant les tests des e-mails de récupération pour finaliser certains paramétrages. Mais leur service-client se rend disponible dès que vous avez des questions !
