This app is sensational! Honestly people I am a complete novice and know nothing and websites and this app has allowed me to provide shipping rates and set shipping delivery schedules across more than 7 different locations across 4 states in Australia in a matter of hours, all with different lead times, it is AMAZING! Beyond the capabilities of the app, the customer service level is seriously out of this world! I have never had someone be so patient with me, whilst I am being so stupid fumbling around, and get me looking like I am a genius! The customer service rep knows who I am talking about, she was an absolute gem. Don't waste your time people, this app is the BEST!
