We were very happy with the installation of Zapiet within our store. It helped us establish a new pickup option. However, an issue arose stemming from the app that harmed the checkout experience. Their support team kicked in, and Sandy did an excellent job not only mending the situation, but enhancing the checkout experience along the way.
