If I could recommend someone for receiving a raise, it would be hands down Jessica. She was super helpful, patient and very knowledgeable and she also made it easy for me to understand what I wanted and what I could do with the app! Keep up the amazing work you do! Update: 03Jun2025 | Today I received help from Leo. The session was over 2 hours long as I had a couple of meetings during it, but Leo was very patient, kind and really helpful. I was able to solve all of the issues I was having. Definitely a 10/5 stars here. Thank you Leo! Update: 04Jun2025 | Kristine was reeeaally helpful and she was very patient as well. I don't know what they teach them in the Zapiet Customer Service, but I gotta admit this is the best customer service support I have ever received anywhere, BY FAR! Update: 07Sept2025 | I was having an issue with my Zapiet app, due to some changes Shopify made in our plan.
