Very useful app and the best part is ultra prompt customer support. the chat bot guides you the best of its abilities and then they connect you to a human if the case is complex. My store had a very difficult and complex shipping logic to be applied. Jeanette (CS rep) proved an immense help in setting that up first on her test stores and went over and above to get that implemented on my store.
