I’m glad we were able to identify that the issue was related to inactive Shopify shipping settings, along with the native Shopify in-store pickup option being enabled at the same time, which was conflicting with the app’s pickup configuration. To resolve this, I activated the necessary shipping settings and disabled Shopify’s native pickup so that the app’s in-store pickup configuration could function properly.
