Subscribed for the "free trial" but was charged a months fee, despite having cancelled before the free trial period was finished, and despite never actively using the service. Be cautious - "Zack" from the customer support email is a chatbot that will send you in circles unless you specifically ask to speak with a live agent. Edit: changed from 1 star to 4 stars. After successfully connecting with a real person, they resolved the issue almost immediately. I guess this is the new normal with chatbots & AI in the world. Same review stands - be cautious of the AI service aspect, and request a live agent as soon as you start any convo to save some time.
Hey William, Thanks for your review. I’d like to clarify what happened here. Your store installed the app on March 2nd, with a 14-day free trial running through to March 16th. After this date, the app automatically transitioned onto a paid plan as it remained installed, and stayed active until it was uninstalled on April 30th. Charges are only applied once the trial period has ended. That said, as soon as you reached out, we processed your refund within a couple of hours as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding support, Zack is our AI assistant designed to help get quick answers, but you can always request a human agent at any time and the conversation will be handed over.
