We were experiencing some configuration issues with Shopify, and she stayed on the call with us to troubleshoot and work through everything. The extra care, patience, and attention she gave us really stood out. It’s rare to receive this level of hands-on support, and I genuinely appreciate her commitment to making sure we were taken care of. Exceptional customer service!
