Very disappointing refund policy and customer service We purchased an annual subscription, but after only three months, we migrated our business to a new Shopify store. The original store will no longer be used, so we no longer need the app. We asked a refund for the remaining nine unused months. After waiting an entire week for a response, our request was rejected. Refusing to refund the remaining nine unused months is completely unreasonable and shows no consideration for customers’ actual circumstances. After this experience, I regret choosing your service in the first place.
