Queen's Delight review for Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

This is by far the most important app in our store. Functioning without it would be way more complicated than is now. We are an eclair store. Customers place orders in advance quite very often. It's August 2021 and latest order to be processed, now in our system, is for May 2022. Zapiet helps us manage our day to day orders, both with pickup and with Local Delivery. I have probably tested all the apps offering similar functionality, and this one is by far the best. Support is amazing, the list of features is quite very long and I have started to appreciate all of them. The app can be better though. If you will use it long enough you will realize that developers are not using it. They just rely on the customer's feedback to make it better. Because of this, sometimes, there is a difference in what developers think customers will need and what really customers need. If I would be them I would start a shop to sell real products, just for the sake of feeling what a customer feels. However, as it is, the app is amazing and extremely valuable for us. Thanks to the developers for building it.
