Polar Ice Ltd. review for Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

We have very particular delivery setting; we offer next-day delivery Tuesday - Friday nationwide and Monday - Friday in Central Dublin only, and four different locations to collect from Monday - Friday nationwide. We also needed to restrict products to certain locations. This app has allowed us to do all of this and I had a great experience with the support team - extremely helpful setup call at no added cost where they went through everything with me - and with a recent support query they were able to immediately provide me with the solution I need to add the delivery/collection date and order notes to the New Order Template email. Can't recommend them enough! Update: 25 August 2026 - We are still using and loving this app for our store, very reliable and an exceptional Support team.
