Many sellers, including those with pre-orders or other specific needs, would benefit from importing orders older than 7 days. To make matters worse, third-party software allows access to order histories beyond 7 days, proving that it’s possible—yet you choose not to offer this feature. Click and Drop could do much better, as reflected in the numerous 1-star reviews. And I won’t even begin to address the issue of deleting information after 13 months…
