Has worked perfectly for a couple of years. All of a sudden my Shopify orders are not pushing over to Click & Drop and no response to any of my messages from the help service, so I'm stuck having to manually add them.
Stop connecting to my website after update i have lots of orders i need to ship but being told they dont know when it can be fixed
Not importing Shopify Orders as of today. Always glitching and often fails to generate postal label. When Ive emailed for support it's taken over 4 weeks previously.

Was working fine and now orders are not coming through to the click and drop account. Tried too reconnect and this does not work.

This app sucks, doesn't fetch complete orders from shopify. fetch some orders from Shopify and left some. Even after too many efforts it doesn't work and we need to manually import orders. This takes a hell of time.

Inconsistent and infuriating. One day orders will sync nicely, on another day there'll be no sync and/or the whole thing is disconnected. It's not as if I'm processing a zillion orders at a time, either. Typical $BIGCORP attitude from Royal Mail; never our fault - guys, if you're introducing breaking changes to your API this often then YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG, and liasing with the app developer works wonders.

orders on shopify are being processed but click and drop only list the order as dispached and will not fullfill then. Very frustrating.

The setting “Mark orders as despatched on channel” is already enabled on your account, allowing Click & Drop to update fulfilment statuses in Shopify. When an order is marked as “dispatched” in Click & Drop, it is updated to “fulfilled” in Shopify. We’ve identified that your Shopify integration was disconnected, which would prevent orders from importing and being processed. Used to work well but hasn't been connecting to my shopify store recently and everytime I try to connect and update it doesn't work.

This app, and the broader Royal Mail systems & architecture, are awful.

can't reconnect store after addresses were imported incorrectly. Worked perfectly for a long time, now I can't ship my orders.

**Edit: Problem resolved! Trying to add another Shopify store to my Click and Drop account, constant errors and support haven't got back to me to try resolve. They suggest silly fixes like try another browser etc. It's a problem on their side and it seems they have a team of 1 developer so any real technical issue will probably take weeks if not months to resolve :(

Was working brilliantly, now doesn't pull orders through from my website despite saying it's connected to my shopify store.

Not pulling through orders anymore. Better off just using Shopify Shipping and buying Royal Mail on there in my view....

Exactly what I would expect from Royal Mail - no help, crap app. Absolute joke!

Completely broken, not picking orders up at all and we're having to create labels from scratch

Utterly inconsistent at pulling through or syncing orders, no ability to update or tell it to sync, no idea why it just stops at a certain order. Mostly negative reviews all say the same thing. Crappy App, crappy developer.
We have recently begun experiencing an issue where orders are no longer pulling through from Click & Drop to Shopify. As a result, these orders are not showing as fulfilled on our Shopify system.
Cannot send orders to the USA any more, as keeps saying "Duty amount cannot be zero". I am using the MPR option and It was absolutely fine until Monday 24th November and then this issue started. I have contacted the help team and technical department and no one has helped me at all. I have sent screenshots of issues and got no reply. At present I am having to send all parcels manually through send.royalmail.com, which is far from convenient when I have to enter all details manually. I have tried clearing my cache, using a different browser and deleting the app, but so far nothing has worked. Works fine for all other countries
Not importing my orders, it was doing well and then stopped
Worked with few issues, but back at the start of the summer (25) there is a clear sync issue. The C&D drop team refused to acknowledge this and it took months to finally get confirmation there is an issue to do with order date / dispatch date being over a certain time (possibly 60 days). After TWICE getting Shopify advanced support involved, Royal Mail have finally sent this message this morning; "we are not in a position where we feel that it is a requirement for us to contact Shopify directly, we have previously explained that we are working on implementing future improvements that you, alongside other customers may benefit from. We unfortunately do not have any timeframe for this and feel that there is nothing further that we can discuss with Shopify directly that has not already been advised within previous correspondence." There is an issue. They know it. They refuse to help. The app is problematic. Avoid where possible.
