A much needed solution to a very common support issue. Customers used to always reach out to us for changing their address or items, now they can edit it on their own. Multiple customers have reached out to us that they love this new feature! The team is superb with their support and responsiveness, and I keep seeing constant improvements in the product. Strongly recommended.

The app has been very useful to us. We were looking something like this to reduce our support enquiries, and that is what is exactly did. Our customers love this feature and it makes everyone’s life just better. Plus they also have the upsell feature, which replaced my current upsell app! Worked flawlessly. Initially we were facing some issues, but the team helped us through the whole process. Been super smooth since then. It's easy, efficient and makes our day to day operations easy. No more address change or editing tickets. The upsells are a bonus, they have helped increase our AOV without affecting our conversion rates! Clickpost order editing has become an essential part of our store now. Big thanks to the team for all the support!
