This has been reducing the number of emails we receive to update orders. It's easy to use and set up and the developers have been very receptive to changes and suggestions and quick to respond to emails.

Installed Clickpost recently and it works great. Customers can edit their orders and even add extra items which is a nice bonus. We were looking for something simple and this app does the job. Support was quick when we had a small question. Thanks to Smit for the help.
