Been using Clickpost for a few months now and it does exactly what we needed. Customers can update addresses or fix mistakes without us having to jump in every time, which saves a lot of back and forth. Setup was pretty easy, and when I had a couple questions, Smit replied super fast and walked me through it. The order editing app runs smoothly and hasn't caused any issues with our checkout or fulfillment. Honestly just a solid app that works as expected. Would recommend if you want fewer support tickets and happier customers.

Really happy with Clickpost so far. We added it mainly so customers could fix address/phone number mistakes after checkout and it's been super smooth. It has reduced our overall RTO upto 25%. The setup was easy and didn't mess with our theme at all. I also like how clean the order editing flow looks on the customer side. Had a small question during setup and Smit replied pretty fast and explained everything clearly. Support actually feels human, which is rare. And they give great upsell functionality as well, while the editing is happening. Great app and team!

Really happy with this app. We installed Clickpost mainly to let customers fix address mistakes and update orders themselves, and it works exactly as expected. Works as described. I set an order editing window when customers can change/edit their own orders. They like it because it's fast and easy and I like it because it lowers my support tickets. Easily one of the best apps I have because it's easy to use and it gives both me and my customers what I want. It's a win/win app. The developers are always adding new features too, like upselling, that I appreciate. The more I can do within 1 app so I don't have to have a ton of apps, the better. I highly recommend.
