Gladful review for CP: Order Editing & Upsell

Really happy with this app. We installed Clickpost mainly to let customers fix address mistakes and update orders themselves, and it works exactly as expected. Setup was pretty easy, and when I had a question, Smit helped me sort it out fast. Support was quick and friendly, which I really appreciate. It has saved our team a lot of back and forth. We have also seen fewer canceled orders since using it. Overall, solid app that does what it promises. Would definitely recommend if you want smoother order edits and less manual work.
