5 stars for sure.. i had to make different layout changes and find some translation solutions.. nikita helped me a lot with his wonderful support. 5 stars for the app, complete in everything, and 10 stars for support <3

Easy to instal and integrate with all our tags and different settings. Any time that we have needed help, the team have been very quick to respond and very helpful. Tried a lot of different apps before settling on this and considerably happier with this one than some more expensive options.

Works great and is very easy to implement. Exactly what I was looking for. The only small downside is that the filters load a little slower than the rest of the page.

We are very satisfied with using Cloud Search to optimize the search of our website. The app is easy to use and one of the great things about it is that it is evolving so that some of our needs and suggestions have been met after installing and starting to use the app. The app integrates with our multilingual store and there is always help for whatever problem we might have. We had some custom work done by a third party to have the app styled more to our specific needs but since our needs were a bit specific, we don’t find this to be a fault of the app. I do wish the app took manual listings in the collections more into account when filters are applied because this would greatly improve our ability to highlight specific products even when customers are filtering unnecessary products away, but I am told this is a work in progress. As the manual listings are now taken into account, we have no more concerns with the app and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful app, truly helpful to allow customers to find what they're seeking easily!!! I really LOVE this app, a LOT.... ONLY hiccup I have is the results of the search sometimes report on the searched item too quickly and breaks it up into unnecessary pieces...... To illustrate, imagine the search term is "pantaloons".... I will have a big list of "zero search results" for the following results: "pan" "pant" "panta" "pantal" "pantalo" "pantaloo" and "pantaloon".... instead of the actual searched term of JUST "pantaloons"..... It's almost as if the search itself is pulling the word too quickly and adding it to the list of no-results, when someone isn't even done typing it out. Even then, this app is still amazing.
