The customer support team is very slow to respond when problems arise. I've been stuck multiple times, and the lack of support is frustrating. There are also bugs in the software that customer support doesn't seem to know how to solve and they just don't respond to my support requests. Don't expect quick response times if you decide to use CM Commerce.

The app features are OK but the pricing structure is weird and is based on how many customers your store has had over its lifetime, not how many orders you are currently processing per month. Was very poor value for our store. We also had a very bad experience of being overcharged as once they have your details they can change how much they charge you. I had to issue chargebacks to claw some of this money back as customer service was unresponsive To top it off, when I cancelled my account they deleted all my review photos which took me 5 years to generate - seriously, WTF?

We have used this app for several years. Suddenly we are unable to send emails. We are told our domain is not verified. We have updated DNS settings to no avail. Customer support is terrible. Our last attempt at getting help took 5 days before they responded. We are looking for a new app to send email marketing.

So far so good. Quick response from customer service when we had a question and easy to get everything started.

The workflow makes it very easy to use. The emails are generic enough to be used, but everything is still customizable.

I've been trying to reach their team for 2 months to help us with downloading our customers' reviews and they don't provide any answer. I wouldn't recommend it. Poor app. Really disappointing.

While this app is definitely less sophisticated than competitors for segmentation & overall functionality, our biggest issue is a clunky interface with limited customizability and TERRIBLE customer service. We've had many issues over the years, including products not syncing for our campaigns, campaign links not clicking through to site securely (despite being verified on CM's app), receipts randomly not sending, and several other issues on a smaller scale. We've given them ample opportunities to change and fix, having been with them from the beginning when it was Receiptful, through to Conversio, and finally now as Campaign Monitor, but their response times keep getting worse. We often won't hear back for 24-48 hours during week days, and it can take weeks (and in the product sync case - originally months) to fix for a problem that still resurfaces. Cannot recommend.

I've used this app for several websites and it really is the best solution to get started with email marketing, reviews, UGC, automations, etc. Really enjoy working with this app, really easy to use.

So far it's pretty great! A bit pricier than I would like, but the functionality seems really detailed, so if it makes a difference to my business it's worth it!

Its a great app, very simple to use i really like the templates very edgy and professional. Just started using it a couple of weeks ago. loving it till now. the flow of the emails is also very good.

I am trialing for the 14 days, so far so good, simple intuitive and easy for techno challenged people! e.g me. Will be interesting to see results in next few days.

So far so good! I'm using the app for the refer a friend feature as our customers always post our products in their stories on instagram @yenisibeauty and want to reward them! I love how easy the themes are to use and how you can customize them to your liking. This app helps me create an organized email flow chart with minimal effort on my end.

This app blows away the previous app I was using. Very intuitive interface and the emails look absolutely beautiful.

I connected with this platform based on the number of reviews. I've found it quite easy to use in just a few short minutes. Grateful to have found this app on Shopify.
