We were going to use Conversio for the Product Reviews, Cart Abandon and Newsletter functions but were disappointed to learn from Conversio that the Receipts function is a must and not a function that can be switched off. If you want to avail of any of the other features you MUST use the Receipts function. We currently use another app for all emails (including receipts) and the templates there are so much more professional looking than the Conversio template. It would be a big step back to use Conversio receipt designs now. I don't have the time (or probably knowledge) to edit the Conversio template enough to look like my current design. If that's even possible. I did try the Conversio test email but it showed up incorrectly on my mobile which made it very difficult to read and understand. I sent Conversio a screenshot but they were unable to explain it. They told me they were looking into it but seemed to be unaware of this problem. Note to current Conversio users: it might be working fine on your device but some mobile customers of yours are probably experiencing the same issue as me which wouldn't reflect well on your business. The option to send the test email to different emails isn't available so I couldn't check for the problems on other devices. We don't display 'Taxes' at checkout or on receipts in my country and Conversio were unable to tell me if Taxes would display or not on our system. We have a checkbox for Taxes in my current receipt app which we can simply uncheck. Conversio doesn't have the same level of user friendliness. Why can't we just use the Product Reviews, Cart Abandon and the Newsletter functions!? I'm sure there are good parts to Conversio but we couldn't try them unless we used the poor quality Receipts, which we are not willing to do. Customer service were quick to respond but couldn't help with any of the issues.

Conversio's recommendations widget really rocks. After trying numerous "related products apps" that are somehow in limited functionality or requiring complex settings. I didn't expect an email campaign app, Conversio, can do better than these dedicated apps. However, Conversio has demonstrated how a turn-key solution should be: simple configuration and smart automatic aggregations. For example - this washbasin spout that needs a switch to operate: https://betterchoice.com.tw/products/gessi-rettangolo-ceiling-mounted-spout-20099 Conversio: lists matching switches of the same series of the same brand first, then appends other washbasin spouts from different series. Other apps: Either need hand-picked configurations(time consuming) or list other faucets instead, because they are sorting related products by type, vendor, tag in a fixed order. I’m so happy to get two useful features(receipts and recommendations) in one app with lower cost. If you are struggled with related products, give it a try.

This app is a must! I am very happy with my decision to add it to my store. It was easy to setup and the receipt looks amazing. I recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome tool to help their bottom line.

The app works perfectly and the receipts look great. The conversion is not that good for related products it sends in the receipts, but it makes the store look more professional. Definitely a must-have app.

Havn't been long with this. But from what I see, I'm very happy all 'round with it. Does the job well plus plus extras. And the support is well in place to help. And this is not as yet the Premium version I'm using. Definitely and highly recommend it .

Conversio is an absolute must have! We have been using it for years and it has grown with our business. We have recently integrated many more of its features into our store and the help provided by their team went above and beyond! Can’t speak highly enough and can’t recommend this app more highly!

The Conversion app is easy to install, and provides great value for any business. I initially installed the app to send professional looking receipts to our customers. However, we quickly adopted the Cart Abandonment feature, Product Reviews, as well as the Newsletter feature. Also, they provide tremendous customer support.

Been using Conversio for a couple years now and we love it. Proof is in the pudding...and our pudding is deep and thick with all sorts of little tasty treasures mixed into it.
