I love how many features there are within Receiptful! Definitely getting value or money! Abandoned carts, promotions, recommended products, search, etc. 1st conversion from recommended products on day one! Looking forward to see our barware sales skyrocket! ;)

I've been using Receiptful for over a year now and it's hands down the best email marketing app on Shopify. Very clean interface, easy to use, and most importantly a very effective service. Price is very reasonable and I usually make back the monthly cost in a couple of days due to upsells and abandon cart recovery. The receipts are very clean and professional and the service is constantly updated with new features. They have an outstanding customer service team, very quick and helpful (Adii and Aleana are amazing). I strongly recommend Receiptful.

I absolutely love Receiptful. I wouldn't have a store without it, it is brilliant. It increases profits AND it builds really great relationships with your customers! It's a must-have app in my opinion!

I LOVE the look of these receipts - and have seen some amazing results ( from others who have used it longer in getting TONS of sales from the coupons, follow-ups etc. the ONLY thing I don't like is that changes I have made to templates have taken 3 or more times of re-doing to "take" - to be there next time I go in after saving my changes. I was using I/E and switched to Chrome, and same result - but after stumbling about a little managed to save the changes. Support has been really great too!

This updated review may change provided reasonably clarity regarding the new price plan. I just prepaid yearly for the same service so I am not sure if they plan to honor it yet. Conversio's new arbitrary price plan based on total customers rather than monthly order or email count is atrocious. Current plan is $229/mo but new plan is $800 for the best plan listed but would cover a fraction of our customer count and many of those have been inactive for a year or more. Conversio lacks the ethos and integrity of a company I can trust moving forward.

I am only using the receipt (free) part of the app, but I can say set up was easy. Even on the free plan, I was able to customize the look of my company's receipts to something I think will be useful for customers.

Great app. Has made us around $20,000 extra revenue since we added to our store. Recommendations also seem to work really well for us.

I just added this app a few hours ago and am astounded by the features provided in the FREE plan! The setup was easy and Julia in their customer support team got back to me very quickly through both email and online chat with the few questions I had. I am excited to see results and feel that it is going to give my sales a big boost!

Love this app! It does everything you need and more. I originally only started using it for receipts but now I also use it for abandoned carts, it's easy to see the stats you need. It's easy to navigate and everything is in one place. Support is great & friendly Get this App!! You will not regret it!

There is no reason in this world not to have this app! We're only using the free version and it makes your receipt emails look millions of times better! Easy to customize, and we've generated additional sales off the automatic coupon it generates for customers to use! All for FREE. Got that? good.

I haven't made sales, thus none of the receiptful is sent to customer. But I can see it's potential, it makes your shop looks professional and it automates you to send and generate discount code to customer to get them to buy more. And since it's free, five star to you.

Receiptful is almost a perfect app. The receipts are beautiful, and the ability to collect feedback and respond directly through the feedback feature provides a great channel of communication and insight. The one big flaw with the feedback feature is the inability to display the reviews on your website, allowing you to build credibility with new customers-- not to mention the extra content you'd be able to add, which would probably help your homepage/website get some nice SEO benefits. If you're a premium subscriber, you can add a search bar that auto-populates like swiftype, which looks great. I haven't tested the analytics, but i assume it should be pretty solid. One big issue that's kept me from becoming a paid subscriber is the template editor for follow up emails. They look horrible and you're extremely limited on the customization. If they could make the template editor similar to Spently, that would be extremely powerful.
