For a paid or business-critical app, this level of support is unacceptable. I would strongly advise other merchants to be cautious before installing this app, as it may waste your time and potentially affect your operations.
What a piece of junk app! All my orders are COD Pending, it's completely useless and a waste of money!!! I've already removed it from all websites! There's no online support whatsoever.
The order has no verification mark, tried to contact customer service and no one responded, I don't think I will consider using it!!!

not working.. dont install this app ever....not every COD order will be synced..you will come to know after buyer escalation

After confirmation otp, on thankyou page its showing you will get a confirmation message soon & no such option to trigger any message on panel, i called this a fraud service provider. Better away from this kind of app.
Hi, As discussed during chat, App is working alright. But still as you said, you want refund and we asked for time. So that once option to refund will get appear at our end, we will make it immediately. Also we've refunded already your spent amount on that same day. Thanks.
