I had a very disappointing experience with this app. It simply did not work as expected and failed to perform its core function of confirming COD orders. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I reached out multiple times for help, but received no response at all. For a paid or business-critical app, this level of support is unacceptable. I would strongly advise other merchants to be cautious before installing this app, as it may waste your time and potentially affect your operations.
What a piece of junk app! All my orders are COD Pending, it's completely useless and a waste of money!!! I've already removed it from all websites! There's no online support whatsoever.
The order has no verification mark, tried to contact customer service and no one responded, I don't think I will consider using it!!!

not working.. dont install this app ever....not every COD order will be synced..you will come to know after buyer escalation

After confirmation otp, on thankyou page its showing you will get a confirmation message soon & no such option to trigger any message on panel, i called this a fraud service provider. Better away from this kind of app.
Hi, As discussed during chat, App is working alright. But still as you said, you want refund and we asked for time. So that once option to refund will get appear at our end, we will make it immediately. Also we've refunded already your spent amount on that same day. Thanks.

On many Indian numbers call are not getting placed, just within fraction of second it gets in spam call list of customers and call dropped. Many times even people dont know that someone placed the call. pls rectify it.

My clients turned down due to this app. I've lost so many orders because of the Non-confirmation of COD orders. It is so tough to bring clients to your website, because of poor apps, all efforts go waste
Sir, There is some misunderstanding that our app affects COD orders. Our app is not performing before client comes to your store and complete the orders. It will make call and SMS only after customer has placed a COD order on your store. And there can be any case, where customer is picking up the call and entering valid input, not picking up the call OR entering wrong input. Anything is possible as customer's end. I found this app very useful ! It's easy and smooth and let you know how you want to deal with COD orders. Avoids fake/fishy orders. Must app for those who are providing Cash On Delivery services.
I use this app it is very helpful for my business ..I recommend to all of you, If you are selling on COD mode then, please add the app on your admin panel.

Several issues with this app: 1. When a customer gets a confirmation call from this app, TrueCaller shows the number as OceanBlackLifeStyle. Very detrimental to Brand image! 2. There is no option of customizing the message being played to customer. It doesnot contain any information about the shopify store or brand. All it says is, "This is order confirmation call. To confirm press 1, to decline press 2"
We just installed the app today, this is what I have found after testing the app as a customer Confirmation IVR should Take Store Name Confirmation IVR should keep repeating at least for 3-4 times. As the for first time 8 out of 10 times customer will not be able to understand what is happening Because of these two missing features, I am taking away 2 stars. I will use it for a week before we take a final call to use this app or Not. Please let me know if you could add these two features. [Revised] App has evolved and worked great for us, we have been using it for years now.

Among these 2 features, We are providing 1st one - with which you can ask us to change IVR message and also we can set mp3 or wav audio file if you can provide any. and for 2nd - IVR can be longer and it can charge you extra for longer calls. This has automated COD order confirmations and made the process seamless. It has a simple setup and reasonable pricing. Thanks.
This is really helpful for people in India doing COD to verify orders! Kindly use it and SMS is low.cost but calling is expensive.

I appreciate the time and guidance provided by the support team of the app. They make sure that your queries are resolved as quickly as possible. A feature of IVR repeating the instructions if the customer doesn't provide a response is missing.
