I have my orders set to authorize payment only and when the person cancelled the order it processed the payment before giving refund leaving me to have to pay the credit card fees on this cancelled order. Shopify does not refund processing fees. Thankfully it was a small order but nonetheless I lost money on this transaction.

This app has made managing orders so much easier for my business. Customers can cancel their orders smoothly without any confusion, and the return process happens automatically — no manual effort needed from our side. It gives a very professional experience and has definitely improved customer satisfaction. What impressed me even more was the customer support team behind the app. They were super responsive, friendly, and always ready to help — whether it was a small question or setup-related assistance. Felt like I was genuinely being supported at every step.

Initially the app doesn't work when Flexport is used for fulfillment. I reachout to app support, but support is very bad. They tooks ages to respond me on my query. However, I was able to resolve the issue quickly with our in-house developer.

Great app! Such a breeze to set up and get going. Good amount of options to set and restrict cancellation of orders and editing of orders. Really fills a basic need for our customers.
