Hi, i added it to the online store page but the button is not showing up, can you help me please?
We set to only allow to cancel within an hour, but customers are canceling a day later. Can't find the support email and their chat is down.

It does what it says, and it was easy to setup.
I have my orders set to authorize payment only and when the person cancelled the order it processed the payment before giving refund leaving me to have to pay the credit card fees on this cancelled order. Shopify does not refund processing fees. Thankfully it was a small order but nonetheless I lost money on this transaction.
Thanks for your review. Our app only cancels orders, it doesn’t capture payments or control Shopify’s transaction fees. The payment was automatically captured and refunded by Shopify based on your payment settings, which is why the processing fee wasn’t returned. so this is not app issue at all. I just installed your app and finished testing it on my site. I noticed that when a customer clicks to cancel their order and it is cancelled, the page doesn't automatically refresh so the cancel button remains active even though the customer has already cancelled. There needs to be a page refresh or something to avoid confusion on the customer's side. Thank you for all your hard work.

Initially the app doesn't work when Flexport is used for fulfillment. I reachout to app support, but support is very bad. They tooks ages to respond me on my query. However, I was able to resolve the issue quickly with our in-house developer.
Great app! Such a breeze to set up and get going. Good amount of options to set and restrict cancellation of orders and editing of orders. Really fills a basic need for our customers.
