No doubt listing on amazon is tiring and time consuming especially if you have many products on your store, Codisto saves time and ease the process, but most importantly the great and generous help I got from Dianne, the best customer support agent ever, she was very patient with me she helped me do the listing step by step and she taught me how to fix various listing issues. so really big thanks to her!

Ich bin noch bei der Einrichtung. Immer wenn mal eine Frage auftaucht kann man 24/7 den Support per Chat erreichen, und die Leute dort sind fähig und können meist schnell weiterhelfen. I am busy pushing a lot of listings to eBeay in these days. I had more than one great support experiences with Jae, Mary-Grace and Ice. They know what they do. I will stick with this app for shure!

Really good for connecting Shopfiy to eBay, the integration page is clear and easy to use. No bugs found as yet and the customer support is fast and helpful. Good all around tool and service

They have overcharged me twice. Both times pretty much telling me to go to hell when I mentioned it. This last time was the worst. I finally decided I'm done with them. I uninstalled the app before the billing cycle. Checking with my billing and it did NOT show Codisto. Then I charged with Shopify and it does NOT show Codisto. Then they charge me anyways after I had deleted them and unsubscribed. I'm convinced they are a scam at this point. When I brought it to there attention they pretty much once again told me FU. Terrible service. Terrible people. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AFTER YOU END SERVICE WITH THEM. BUYER BEWARE. Also, there eBay works OK but there Amazon is a show. Never could get it to work correctly and integrate. If you want to use them for eBay you'll be fine. Amazon? Forget about it. Do NOT use. Find someone else who cares about customers. EDIT: They refunded me after explaining everything. I will still keep my original message on there to explain my frustrations though.

Ebay integration is buggy. Once you think it is working, inventory levels don't get updated for some reason as items sell. You find inventory quantity issues on your own but are left wondering what else isn't updating. Understaffed customer service. They need to be more responsive to sellers working with platforms like Amazon and Ebay which have little room for error for sellers. Update: Now experiencing issues with Ebay integration and mapping. Chat hasn't solved the problem in over a week and can't seem to get in touch with a live person trained in their app.

I came to this app because of the impending shut-down of the native eBay connector to Shopify. The transition of my eBay catalog was super intuitive and I had over 1400 products moved over & live in a single evening. I also retired my other Amazon app since this one covers both eBay and Amazon. Amazon is a bit more difficult for me and I was having trouble getting products migrated. I reached out to support at 9pm via chat and they were available right away with no wait. They were extremely patient with me and helpful getting my first products live so I could use the template & process to finish the rest. I'm not super knowledgeable about managing products in Amazon and the support was extremely gracious answering a million random questions while we worked on my catalog. Out of the available options to move your eBay business to a new app, I can't recommend these guys enough. And kudos to my agent Ice for the excellent help!

The customer service is amazing. Folks like Ali and John are so patient and helpful. Having thousands of products, I often need to lean on experts for assistance and Codisto is always there to lend a hand and advise me.

One final amendment. The staff helping at Codisto is terrific. Keeping one point off since the niche I am in does not show all the details that can be entered on eBay and it is likely that the account is losing some sales due to that. There are a number of options to be filled out if on the site that help items to come up in search that simply aren't there in the software used by Codisto. Overall, once the system is learned it does what it is supposed to do. Amending this from two to three stars. As soon as I left this review I received a phone call from a shift leader at Codisto. He offered to help me, which he just did through a teams meeting. He was able to see why I was so frustrated at the time it took to list anything and the fact that inventory levels were not updating from Shopify to eBay. He found a solution that he is still implementing. I am hopeful it will work and that I will be amending this higher. Their help, I must say, is very good. ------------------------------- I trialed this. I really wanted to like it. I switched to it from the soon to be retired eBay channel. The help is good so I didn't give it a 1, but the execution of the product not so much. Also, related to the help, they ask you to leave a five star review on the app store almost every time you interact with them so take all the highly rated reviews with a grain of salt. My items didn't pull into eBay correctly which means I was going through one by one to see if they were truly linked correctly or not. I figured one time issue and I could deal, but it would have cost me many hours of extra work. I had to end items on eBay and re-add them. Items are extremely slow to list from one platform to another. My final straw was seeing an item on eBay that I knew had sold previously that day. It had been five hours already and there was no update to inventory. I need something more responsive for inventory levels to avoid sell outs.

I've been with Codisto for a few months now, what an amazing app, I'm listing more product and managing it easier, the few times there's been an issue support has been fantastic, Mark especially has gone out of his way to resolve a few tricky things, very happy with their app and support. And more recently Mariel did an awesome job in pointing me in the right direction, Thank you.
