used the app to list products on Amazon and Ebay from our shopify store. Great support team and it works. Like having Shopify as source of truth with flexibility to charge diff prices on different channels and not having to relist and maintain hundreds of products in multiple places. Thanks Codisto!

App is good but not as easy to use as i first thought. Would be great to upload a CSV file to list items. We have many items on Shopify that we don't want on Amazon and this has caused lots of time consuming issues.

Great for managing large amounts of listings on multiple platforms. Whenever, I have had questions of issues, the chat with customer support has been very helpful and fast. I highly recommend Codisto!

Had some issues but they are currently working diligently to resolve the oversell issues. We were very happy with the onboarding , had some oversell issues that we now know are due to our volume and the lag between Amazon and problematic order payments on the Amazon side.

We have been using this app for a few months. It has been amazing. The customer service is excellent. Their response time within minutes. The app is very easy to use. Codisto support team helped us setting up a couple of things, but it only took about 10 minutes, if that. We strongly recommend this app if you are trying to sell on Amazon, Google...etc.

Codisto is necessary and essential in running your store smoothly. Easy to use, clear options and the best part is the customer support. I was lucky enough to receive assistance from ICE. This individual was polite, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, pro-active and extremely courteous. I learnt so much from the chat and all my questions were answered, I had so many questions. Thank you Codisto and thank you especially to ICE, you are the definition of top tier customer support--please give ICE a promotion, 10 stars and 2 thumbs up. Cheers to you. Update - I returned to the customer support chat because once again I had more questions, this time I tried to figure it out for myself for approximately an hour. I wasn't comprehending so I clicked the chat and yes and yes It was ICE again and I've never been so happy to see ICE, well technically speaking to speak with ICE. I don't even like the snow, I am a lover of the spring and summer but this ICE is groundbreaking to say the least, phenomenal service, another effortless walk-through, he provided snapshots with instructions highlighted to follow. I mean listen I would let ICE run my company any day, pays attention to detail and the single most efficient individual. I have been made a Codisto Cloud believer. Thank you again and I apologize for the dramatic tone but I am so happy with the flawless support I received from ICE, twice. Cheers again. Update: Genner was amazing and one of the first reps I ever spoke to when I became a seller. Genner is knowledgeable and kind. Also very empathetic and compassionate which is really nice. I'm using the app since a few months and it's quite powerfull ! It helped us a lot to manage listing and orders from ebay, it's a little tricky to set up at the beginning but the support is super helpful and quick to answer.

Great App. Great support. Works perfect for us. Definitely recommend. When I first started using the app, it was a bit overwhelming and took some time but I am very happy I followed through with it. Amazon - The Stock doesn't sync correctly, Prices don't sync correctly, and after 4 hours of support, they have got no where and have no idea what is wrong with their own app and we have run out of time. I believe the App is no longer fit for purpose, and now looking for an alternative.

This app is more stable than Channel Unity and simpler to use than Linnworks. Its the best of the three. The support is the best of the three also. CHannel Unity got snotty with us and even though we paid for chat support, they made us put all our issues onto tickets. Linn was so complicated it was 6 months before we got it working properly.
