Update: - Another day another issue with Codisto - on top of the below points not being fixed, we've come to the realisation that Codisto forces a 1-day handling time on all ASINS - which means same-day dispatch cannot be used. Does it work? Yes Does it work well? No Codisto is so painfully slow. Takes an average of 45 mins to an hour for an order to appear in Shopify after being placed on Amazon or eBay. Even though the orders are instantly shown under the 'orders' tab in their Dashboard. When you dispatch an order it takes even longer for Codisto to send that data to eBay. Our cutoff is 3 pm and mail collection is at 4:30 pm, we have to sit there and hope the order comes through in time or have to manually enter the order details to buy postage without a packing slip. Inventory takes hours to sync across channels. Still no ability to manually set the variation attributes which you were able to do on Amazon by Codisto. They are 'automatically assigned', but when and how? There is also no ability to edit bullet points for each variation. There is no way to force updates on anything. You just have to wait. Infuriating.

We integrated Codisto Shopify for our ebay stores in December and it's still not working properly. Support provides contradicting information and doesn't seem to know their own platform. They are based in Malaysia - send over calendar links for calls- you set up a call and they don't show up as the slot they sent is 4/5am their time. I can't talk to how the actual connector works as we can't even get support to set it up properly.

I can't say enough good things about the customer service at Codisto. Way easier and faster than any other customer service I've dealt with on-line or otherwise. When ebay dropped their app that allowed product synching to ebay I was very worried. The Codisto app is better than what ebay offered. A+

Codisto saved the day again! I am using Codisto across multiple platforms. I had a problem today trying to list on ebay today and my problem was resolved so fast. I'm very satisfied.

Briefly looked into Codisto but decided today was the day! Worked with my web developer to connect my Shopify store to Ebay & Amazon, had help via live chat with Mark who was amazingly helpful. He suggested we have a Google meet where we were able to ask anything else we didn't understand. He was very patient, answered and listened to every question we had - and there were certainly lots! I am so very pleased that we descoverd Codisto and excited to be connected, up & running with them in a matter of hours. Thank you for explaining & giving so much help Mark, nothing was too much trouble & thank you Codisto I look forward to streamlining my business with you.

I was recommended this application when eBay was removed from Shopify. Codisto synced my inventory up with existing eBay listings, and I was able to list new items with way more ease, compared to the old eBay application. Codisto was basically automatic to list new products on eBay, and it also pushed my inventory to Walmart, and a lot of my listings that never went live before, went live instantly. Codisto also removes the inventory from both platforms rather quickly. I am surprisingly really happy with this application and I would have paid the $29 awhile ago, if I knew it saved me this much time.

This app is not bad except for double-up listings. When we remove it this app keeps re-adding causing confusion. Expensive. Maybe better for busy businesses but not for micro business

This is much easier than manually uploading your products to Amazon or eBay. Once you become familiar with the user interface, it is not so difficult to use. It is a convenient app for me as it only lists products that are in stock. This makes it much easier for us to honor our shipping policies. The customer service department is always available to answer any questions, with a very short wait time for a response.

So far so good! While we've found the UI quite unintuitive initially, I'm sympathetic that eBay likely isn't the easiest platform to integrate with, and Codisto does integrate with Shopify better than any apps I've used before. When I've been stuck on something during setup, the 24/7 support team has been helpful and super fast in tending to our query. Thanks guys!
