Codisto Amazon, eBay & Walmart

The app works kind of ok but it has some very serious issues. I have 2 Shopify stores and 2 eBay stores, the issues im having are across both stores so its not a localised issue or settings, its the app thats faulty. It creates return policies and assigns listings to it automatically It creates shipping policies and assigns listings to it automatically I have to check daily and reassign listings to the correct eBay business policies and the next day the app has assigned other listings to policies it created all by itself. Support are nice but apparently blocked by back end engineers or something, Its been months of back and forth emails with no solution - however they're more than happy to take my monthly fee for an app thats not working as advertised

Once you get the hang of Codisto and its extensive features it is the definitely the best app for linking your Shopify catalogue to eBay. Customer service in particular Joy has been amazing to deal with. Patient, knowledgeable and fast to respond through the live chat feature.

So far so good. Moved over to Codisto after the eBay integration Shopify offered was no longer supported. Waited until the last minute to get everything setup and had a few hicups but support was available to assist and get everything working.

I'm sure like many others we had to migrate from the free eBay app to a new option and we chose Codisto. The migration process was very simple and they had a lot of automation involved to re-link eBay listings back to your shopify products. Also, whenver I had a question they have a build in chat support that is very prompt and helpful. We are new to their platform and their are always areas to improve but we like it way better the the discontinued free eBay app.

I started to use Codisto approx. two weeks ago and the support staff are very helpful and resolve my queries in timely manner. Moreover, the software is very easy to use and it will greatly help to manage my products and inventory. Happy customer.

correction: the app itself remains slow, however with a little practice you get to fix the gaps that the guide does not mention. There remains an app which, by paying for it, does not return the satisfaction of completeness, after all we are talking about e-commerce, on google I manually modified 600 products because with missing information, not supported by shopify, on amazon I will have to manually enter the products and then connect them to the app, which without the asin codes you do nothing, but the codisto app doesn't explain it well. It's just an analysis and linking application, demanding even for what it offers. should categories in multiple products be put to each individual product? yes. Was the developer first rude and then kind? Yes. You have the right to review by expressing your opinion. If other sellers have found it good, good for them. Created ebay account with codisto, no code to apply: products not visible due to the NON-seller account from the app created, Walmart? Only if you're based in the US? option blocked? This isn't the app's fault though. However, it shouldn't be called multi-channel selling but a linking showcase. All in all though, for what it offers... it works. ps. don't blame the customers who find errors, it's not the caches fault... spend more time fixing the application. Dearest Nikki, I see you are arrogant about one star reviews but you have 39. Please do not contact me unless asked otherwise it is called harassment. I blocked calls, don't make me block emails and report you.

#1 to me, very easy to use, prices higher than others but you got what you pay for..and 24 hours chat support.
