CollabPay: Multi Vendor Payout

quite tricky to setup, ui needs work, also i think it should be clearly stated that you cannot easily automatically pay collaborators out via paypal its not a feature on paypal by default you have to contact them and be approved, the alternative for payouts (stripe) is extremely complicated to setup. Also i am based in australia and i thought i would make the payouts in my collaborators local currency but the conversions dont work properly and instead its giving them my local total in their currency which is incorrect.

This app has great functionality and even greater potential. However, since changing ownership in mid/late 2024, it seems to have been neglected. While the support team was always helpful, there have been no updates for almost a year now. Some features no longer work as expected, and several promised improvements (advertised on the main dashboard for almost a year) have yet to materialise. It’s a real shame, the original developer must not be happy :(

I've been having issues with currency conversion. My shop is in CAD and I'm doing payouts to a collaborator in USD. The app is calculating the amount based on the CAD value, and is doing the payout in USD without converting the value, resulting in overpayment. I've reached out several times to the support team and they haven't helped at all and are even ignoring my emails now Edit: I finally got a defensive email from you on August 7, when you noticed the 3-star review...I replied to your email earlier today with screenshots of the two follow-up emails I sent on July 22 and July 30 that you never replied to.

This program is great. I have been using it to payout my collaborations with Non Profits and this makes it very easy to pay them out. Able to set custom rates for different tags. Really easy to use. Only thing that is a little complicated is the Stripe payment but once its all set up you shouldn't have to mess with it ever again. Customer service has been great and friendly. Recommend to at least try their product you wont be disapointed.

This team is awesome to work with. They are patient and answer all of my questions (which is many). They are receptive to feedback about what features to create or expand on. I feel like they actually care about what I'm asking for. I'm really happy I found this app and chose to go with it. It is such a time saver and has reduced my time communicating with our affiliates + showing them reports.

CollabPay is easy to set up, the dashboard is easy for my payees and I to understand and audit our payments, and their support is some of the best I have ever received both from other Shopify apps and from large enterprise SaaS companies. Ben is knowledgeable, friendly and fast in handling all types of inquiries. It has been an absolute pleasure working with CollabPay and I look forward to expanding our partnership!

CollabPay is intuitive and encompasses so much of the technical processes that give headaches when trying to set up an Affiliate program. I had one hiccup in the setup process and that was due to my own fault and not CollabPays, and yet when I reached out for support, Ben not only helped me in my situation but provided a great solution. It makes me very excited to keep using CollabPay. CollabPay and Ben are both phenomenal and are worth giving them your business, my bet is on them for being the biggest affiliate program provider on Shopify. If you ever see lower star ratings and reviews in the future I'd be shocked.

Great app, does exactly what it says on the tin and does so in a clear and easy-to-understand UI. The app allows for flexibility in setting up specific agreements with your collaborators. The app receives regular updates and the support for this app is outstanding - Ben is always there at the end of an email to support you and goes above and beyond in helping with what you need.

Support has been excellent and super responsive, with the developer implementing new requested features to match my needs within a day or two. The app is really powerful, and has let us build our affiliate program in a way that is both out-of-the-box and exactly to the needs of our program. We're not pigeonholed into a one-size-fits-all model like Collabs. (Aside from dealing with PayPal) the automated Stripe and PayPal payments are a massive win for our program.

Incredible support from Ben, he is quick to respond and always super helpful. We are a dress rental store that has dresses on consignment. This has given lenders the ability to see real time purchases and income they are due to receive. The app has already made a massive difference in the business both on our side and for our collaborators. Definitely recommend. Thank you Ben

Exceptional support and Ben is super helpful. Really happy with this app, we have used it for a while and there is simply nothing similar. Simple to use and always willing to listen about improvements or new features. Definitely recommended if you need a way to split royalties or profit with other parties in a simple, transparent way.

At times, we offer a pricing model that includes revenue sharing. That model works well until the client has to write a larger monthly payment because their site is growing. At that point, they feel like "there wasn't that much work done last month" or something along those lines. CollabPay allows us to split revenue on the back end without our clients having to physically pay us. "Out of sight, out of mind" is similar to how this app operates, and all parties are happy. We needed some customization to suit our business requirements. I was shocked and impressed when Ben addressed these needs within hours. Now, we're configured for automatic revenue splits, the customer doesn't have to "pay us" for this part of the agreement, and I don't have to dedicate resources toward manual tracking/splitting/explaining on a monthly basis. We will definitely use this app in future websites. Ben is a rockstar and easy to work with.

I needed a solution like this suddenly very quickly because of a few key things that occurred with my store, kind of last second, before a product launch. Ben directly helped me via email with all my silly questions, and was very patient and very helpful. I opted for the full package after realizing how useful this app was, and I've been with it about two weeks and have absolutely no complaints. The app does as advertised, and the service is five star has well.

CollabPay has saved our business time and money and, most importantly, created trust and transparency between collaborators. Our store has hundreds of products with dozens of collaborators. Before CollabPay, we relied on spreadsheets, a lot of time, and PayPal to manage our monthly payouts to collaborators. CollabPay automates all those processes in an easy-to-understand interface that links seamlessly with your Shopify store. We are very impressed by Ben's (founder, lead developer) commitment to us as customers through his communication, support, and updates to the app for more improvements to the customer's experience. I can't recommend CollabPay enough to anyone who wants to automate and streamline their payouts from their Shopify store.

I've been using this app for about 7 months now, and I've got to say that customer support is absolutely incredible. They were quick in responding to me AND actually helped solve my problem by adding a new feature for me to use! This app has been so helpful for me to keep track of consignment splits, payouts, and when I need to pay. As a new shop owner, there are so many things I need to keep track of in my brain. It's a relief to know that I can rely on CollabPay for this major piece.

Where do I start with CollabPay. Support has been amazing and is very open to new ideas. The system is self is easy to set up and work flawlessly so far. A recent lunch on our site saw over 5k in additional revenue and some happy profit share customers. One of the few apps ive ever used to have such an impact and offer the support to back it all up.

We started using Collab Pay a while ago. The customer support is top notch! They are not only super responsive, they are also actually helpful. There have been a few times where what we were needing as a shop didn't exist as a feature yet on the app but sure enough within days the feature was created and worked flawlessly. I truly enjoy supporting this team since this app has saved me so much time from needing to manually allocate payments to each of our brand collaborators!
