Charged in error, when I was in trial period. Contacted them they responded once I sent proof they ignored me. Avoid On 27th May at 15:27 I was charged a usage fee at 16:10 I logged in and took a screenshot - It showed I was still in the trial and had not gone over the usage. But they continue to ignore this fact. It is very clear that there was an error and should not been charged but will not refund or discuss evidence I presented. All they offer issuing there app free for 6 months which is appalling! They cannot mislead you charge you, keep your money and refuse to look at evidence. This goes against what I signed up for and I hope shopify take action against an app that is misleading people over charging and refusing to refund when evidence presented!

Apologies, the free trial is limited to 50 records, if you exceed this ,a usage charge will apply as per the charge terms that were accepted at installation. We explain this on our app listing page. We see you also installed the app on 2 of your stores so twice you were presented with the charge information at installation. You accepted the usage charge and proceeded to use the app. Sorry if this wasn't expected. We have reached out to you to offer a resolution.
