Shopify Collective: Supplier

Det borde finnas ett annat sätt att sätta priserna i prislistan. I min butik har jag alltid sänkta priser, problemet blir då att butiken som vill sälja mina produkter får rabatt på det redan sänkta priset
They need to add different fulfillment locations so that you can toggle where it is coming from. This way, the app could be used for consignment at Boutiques or for shared/showroom style pop ups.
How can it be that suppliers cannot change Shipping rules or choose wether they want to ship internationally or not??
Ich kann die agbs. Nicht akzeptieren weil sie unter der menüleiste verborgen sind. Flow: supplier einladen > agbs akzeptieren
There is no where to do any kind of intro or info for the company. We are also not allowed to set any kind of parameters such as minimum order amounts in a certain period of time, etc,
Thank you for the feedback! At this time, we would recommend setting terms for things like minimum and maximum order amount with your retailers via email. Information about point of contact is available by clicking on the name of any of the retailers you're connected with in the Retailers tab of your app.
There needs to be a way to not stack discounts. For example, if we are offering 15% off a product on our website and we offer 30% to our Collective partners, the program currently stacks both discounts and offers 45% off, thereby we are losing money. We need a way to exclude sales pricing and keep the original 30% discount for companies buying from us.
Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately, this is not a use case that we support but we will share it with the team for consideration.
I'm writing to share some feedback regarding the new Shopify Collective system. While we've started to receive orders for our newly listed items from other stores, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, I believe the onboarding and explanation for new users of the Collective could be clearer. We've noticed that many shops we've invited are hesitant to join, suggesting that a better explanation of the benefits and functionality of the Collective would be helpful. Second, the current import process for items from other stores is challenging. All imported items are dumped into one large pile, rather than being organized by the collections they belong to in the original shop. This creates a significant amount of manual work for store owners, as we have to sort through hundreds of items to categorize them. It would be much more efficient if items were imported directly into their respective collections. Improved organization during the import process would greatly benefit store owners and enhance the overall user experience. Edit- I uncovered an issue today regarding our Shopify Collective setup. Over the last couple of months, our Verified Shipping badge has been negatively impacted by third-party suppliers. Edit- Apparently, if a customer places an order containing an item from another Collective supplier and that supplier processes the order slowly (taking more than 2–4 days), we are being penalized for it. Shopify AI Sidekick has confirmed that these external orders are what dropped our Carrier Verified Shipments, On-Time Fulfillment, and On-Time Delivery scores below 90%, causing us to lose our badge over something completely out of our control.
Difficult. Managing additions and changes to the catalog seems difficult and a manual process
We're sorry to hear you've found Collective difficult to use. I'll be reaching out directly to you via email to see if you can tell me more about the issues you faced when making changes to catalogs.
Needs work. Does not work well if you have a store front and a collective store.
Thank you for the feedback. We'd love to dive deeper into your use case and the challenges that you ran into with your storefront and the Collective app. We'll be reaching out via email to learn more.
Hard to use and understand. Improve the GUI so we can see invites from other retailers...missed several as the notifications are buried.
