Payment missing, supplier unpaid, and still no resolution I used this app to pay my supplier, but the payment never reached them and the money has not been returned. Despite providing supporting documents and following up repeatedly, I am still waiting for a clear explanation and a resolution. This delay has put unnecessary pressure on my business and damaged my confidence in the app. When a payment goes missing, merchants need clear answers, timely updates, and a firm timeline for resolving it. Not recommended at all...

i have run into numerous issues using this platform. suppliers not fulfilling orders, missing payouts with no explanation. i am not using this anymore because its made my business look bad and its breaking me financially.*** update after several attempts to resolve missing refund and supplier accepting an order but never fulfilled...it has been over 2 weeks. Still haven't seen my payouts. I tried to set up layouts to go directly to my own bank account...that was a mistake because I pretty much got punished because now my payout is delayed even though I changed it right back. I love Shopify, but I am spending more using Collective than I am earning. Merchants shouldn't have to pay for mistakes Collective or the supplier make. I was told to cover the cost until this is sorted out. Glad I didn't because I still haven't seen any payouts from my sales. This is causing so many issues for my business. I lost 2 customers because of this. Its just discouraging for new businesses who are trying so hard to make things work. I have invested almost $10k into my business already. I am not seeing any profit using Collective

this app does not work correctly and doesn't allow for deletion on certain companies when needed- you as a store owner have no way to access!!!! This is a very flawed app
