It's rare to find Apps that actually do what they promise to. But this one is easy to use, very functional and allows me to control my products availability. Very powerful for such a simple app. Easy to use and amazing support right in the app itself. So far 5 star product and support.

Great app for boosting pre-sales and handling out-of-stock products effectively. The ComingSoon app makes it super easy to capture interest with Notify Me buttons, coming soon badges, and countdown timers. Restock alerts are sent instantly and the integrations with Klaviyo and Mailchimp work smoothly. People can bypass the coming soon feature and are able to purchase items ahead of them being released. I have multiple orders from iphone users who add item to cart by clicking on item quantity hitting go, and by passing coming soon restrictions before item launches. It is a great feature and interface, but if it doesn't work and a few people take advantage it hurts other customers from getting an item that is very limited quantity. If the fix the bug that allows users to order ahead, than great, but I have not had a response from my customer service request to be refunded due to app not functioning properly.

It's a great and simple app overall. However, lately, the app been crashing (twice in 4 months or so). Although the customer service is rather quick at managing the problem. Recently, Jay helped me in under an hour with my problem. Hopefully, setubridge team can improve the app experience and prevent similar problemas. We, customers, only use this app probably once a month. It would be great to have a reliable app each time we need to use it.
