There should be an option to have 3 or 4 free items for the basic

I like the idea of having the Coming Soon banners on my products and the count down timer, but two times in a row, when the count down timer got to zero, my product never went live! I ended up having to make a duplicate listing so that I could sell my items. The first time was when I was offering a convention exclusive item. When I'm done submitting this review, I'm deleting the app.

Important, this is not mentioned anywhere. The "Notify Me" button replaces the "Buy now" button. i.e. be sure to leave the "Buy now" button in the Shop Designer, otherwise the Notify Me window will not appear. This is what happened to us at the beginning. It's working now and we got help of the customer service, very friendly and fast. But it took a few days till they answered. We needed to contact them on several streams. And we wanted to collect the email subscribes in a Mailchimp list. It worked at first and then it cut the connection to Mailchimp out of nowhere. Thankfully, the subscribers are also listed and managed in the app, so it's left there now. But we didn't even notice it at first. The design is simple, which is good. Unfortunately, it cannot be adapted to the shop style or customize it. Overall the app is not fancy but it does the job and we would use it again if we wanted to announce a product.
