Strongly recommend this app for the coming soon button however the pre order element, has been devastating- it places orders on hold within Shopify with no clear built in feature to remove them - we had to build a custom flow which i believe is only on shopify plus, and does not sync inventory - we have had thousands of orders now oversold due to this app, please proceed with caution on the pre order element, like i said the coming soon button works excellent - the pre- order element, I strongly suggest being very careful.

The customer service team is very helpful, I highly recommend this app, it works very well and if you want to customize it , they are open to assist on this.

We've been using PreCom and their pre-order app for 3 years. Every time we've installed it (we only use for 2-3 week long pre-order campaigns) we're impressed at the stability of the app and how it integrates. Most importantly, though, we're consistently impressed at how Magda and Adam (and the rest of Gravity) are always on their game and super quick to get any problem sorted. For what they do, these guys are the best.

Really great customer service, we had some issues to start with and some customisation requests - Magda helped us with everything. Now everything runs smoothly. Very happy with this app.

would not recommend. When coming soon is turned on with the date set it works on website but customers can still purchase via the shop app. It ended up being a complete nightmare during my last product launch as the date and time were set to be removed on launch time, but it still showed up not allowing about half the visitors to the site to purchase because the coming soon wouldn't go away. Even after I turned the app completely off on my website it still wouldn't go away.

Easy to start with, not using the pre-order functionality yet, only the coming soon feature which does exactly what we need. There were some minor alignment issues, which were swiftly and adequatly handled by support.

We found a pretty big flaw in this app, making it surprisingly easy to bypass (ie you could as a visitor buy products before release date with a few simple html hacks) HOWEVER when we made the app developer aware, they fixed this bug. Great work.

The program does work but the huge problem is when you put an item to "coming soon" the program automatically puts the item "inventory not tracked" This caused a HUGE issue because on other sales channels it didnt show up as "sold out" or "coming soon" BUT allowed them to BUY IT! We sold 400! of something because they were able to purchase it via a different sales channel. This was VERY BAD. The program should NOT automatically set the item to "not track inventory."

This app is so handy! It worked right away even with our very custom theme and the couple styling changes I needed were taken care of by support in a matter of hours.

I used this app to help me launch enrolment for Courses on a certain day which works perfectly, but what I was most impressed with was the customer service. I had an issue in that one of my collection pages had been created by Pagefly and the app didn't work on that page - I am in the UK and was working on it at 8 in the morning so was not expecting a reply for some hours (not sure where they are based) but within minutes I had a reply and within 30 mins the app was working perfectly!

This app is great if you have preorder items. The support is very fast, and they solve my issues on a non-business day. I tried a few other apps from the store and this one is the best.

Support is horrible. They will never respond to support requests. I think they just leave this app up without updating it. Stop gaslighting as well. We opened a support ticket through the application, and also sent an email directly to your support email you list on the application page.

Wow! The team went out of their was to make some special configurations for our store and in quick time. Communication is superb. Would highly recommend to anyone dealing with pre orders or coming soon items - best app out there to help manage these products effectively without any hassle. Cheers

Great Customer Service, fast and reliable. We had some questions and concerns and they were answered quickly and the issue was already resolved when doing so. Gives our customers a chance to see what's coming in. Would definitely recommend!

I have a question before installing this app. Is the 'coming-soon' label pre-set or can this be changed to anything I want it to be, within reason?

I have tried EVERY other pre-order app, literally, and they all seem to have functionality issues (either quite buggy, slow, or they didn't have the capability to do everything I needed - which is actually not much). This app is simple but it fulfils it's purpose and works seamlessly, I had everything set up within 5 minutes.
