This app was super easy to install, and when I faced a couple of small issues getting it aligned with our site, the developers were very easy to contact and they solved the problems within hours. We were able to collect over 50 pre-orders while a product was temporarily out of stock. Problem solved! Highly recommended.

Exactly what I wanted. An app to change a product page into a coming soon page. I could not find any other app that did this (most are full on page building apps). Additionally, I had a question and the support team answered right away with a thorough reply that helped me resolve my issue. Highly recommend.

Does not work. App should work since installation. It is risky to have a coming soon product that is available for sale.
We contacted the merchant 3 minutes after the review was left. We offered support and extension of the free trial period. The problem can be easily resolved and our team is always fast in resolving this kind of critical issues. Please update your review as we tried our best to help you.

Been awesome so far! Support has also been very responsive at handling any tweaks that I have requested to be made to ensure the app performs just how we need it on our store! Worth it!

I was nervous since the UI seemed a little dated and basic and took awhile to make updates, but holy cow it worked perfectly! This let everyone preview my new releases and purchase them at the set time. Huge lifesaver for me.

went with this company as they are uk based and hence we thought any support would be better timewise for us and sure enough response with initial set up was quick and the adjustment needed to work with our theme was done straight away, what more can you say, also good price.

The app is pretty good! It takes a little bit to save any changes in the app but it works well! I would recommend!

Got some great and fast help. The app really helped us to show customers products which are about to be released. Have increased sales a lot, before products were not visible at all. The team also helped me to add some data to the labels. Good price as well!

This App does exactly what I needed. Thanks for the great customer support too. My "coming soon" products wouldn't display at first on my home page and support team was able to fix right away.

Does what it says it does. Would be great if when configuring the products we could sort the products by Dates Added. At present the whole product catalogue or collection is listed alphabetically and you can only select a certain amount of items per page before you have to save the settings and start again or search for individual items and the save one at a time which is extremely time consuming.
Thank you for your review. As per your suggestion we added an option that allows to sort products by Date Added. On the "Configure products" page in the app panel there is a new option: "Sort Order". If you wish to display newly added products first please select the "Newest" option and the product will be sorted by Date Added. Is there anything else we can assist you with? This app worked fairly well in our system but there were some very obvious issues. The app doesn't track orders in anyway after the sale. So there is Zero ways to tag or track the order afterwards. After running the app for many months we had to uninstall and find something that had tagging and tracking included. When we asked for support the developer asked us to change our review before he would help. Thanks, no thanks

It is easy to set up. And I had a minor problem with the display of the Pre-Order button. The customer service was excellent. Help us to sort it out straight away, really recommended.

Updated review. I had a problem getting hold of the developer. Turns out my emails went to spam. Once I got back in contact, they quickly corrected the issue I had with the way this App was interacting with another App. So far, so good and I am happy with the product in managing my pre-orders as well as the customer service.

Simple and effective! It does one thing, and it does it well. I'd like to see the option for images or even font control, but out of the box it did exactly what i needed within minutes.

Can't say enough good things about this app and the lightning fast support. This app saves countless hours of updating product description for those items not yet available in stock. Works really well for both pre-sale and coming soon items and stood up to some real pressure on the recent LRSD promotion where a lot of items came online just at the right time. Any questions are promptly answered by the support team, even on Sundays. Highly recommended and really good vfm.
