I scheduled an onboarding meeting with the team and set aside time specifically for the call. Unfortunately, nobody showed up, and I received no communication letting me know they wouldn’t be attending. For a new customer trying to get started with the app, that speaks volumes about the level of service and support I can expect going forward. If a company can’t show up for a scheduled onboarding appointment—or at least communicate that they can’t make it—it’s difficult to have confidence in the service. I’ve decided to uninstall the app and move on to another solution. Very disappointing experience, especially when a simple email or message could have handled the situation professionally
