I absolutely love this app. The team behind it is constantly improving features, listening to feedback, and creating an experience that feels genuinely supportive. Everything runs smoothly, the community feels safe and welcoming, and you can truly see the effort put into making the app better every day. Highly recommended.

Everyone is interested in reading reviews, and sometimes we wonder if the reviews truly reflect the performance of the product, company & people. Here is a truly honest review. Architechpro OÜ is everything you would hope for when it comes to dealing with an app. They are very helpful in every step of the way. This is our first time incorporating a community app into our site and encountered a few questions during the developmental phase. They were there to help through chat & email - super responsive, every single time. Highly recommend them as a company & app - very professional & understanding. Such a pleasure to connect with them.

The issues are not major, but the frequent display glitches are a bit concerning. That said, the support team is always quick to respond, which I truly appreciate! I run a fan club, and the community features have become an essential part of the fan experience. They help strengthen the bond between fans and boost overall activity within the community. I'm truly grateful for that.

Haven't had chance to get the app up and running yet but so far I like it and I must say the customer service is amazing! They were really helpful and kind by helping me out with a request.

The Mega Community Team is very timely and thorough in their responses. Whether from their direct support team or developers, multiple issues have been resolved. As I build my platform to host my communities, so far I have needed assistance with changes in fonts, themes, integrations, navigation's, etc. The issues have been resolved and I am excited to keep building on the platform.

This community app is by far the best one I've installed onto my Shopify store. The backend is very easy to navigate and the support team is phenomenal when it comes to problems and even future feature requests. I look forward to all of the updates they have planned in the future!

I really wanted to like this app. It's a great idea. But out of the gate I had issues with error messages for simple things like changing the title of your community. There is no FAQ, so every time you have a question about anything you have to email support. But they do answer in a very timely manner. There are so many little issues. They don't have notifications (a dealbreaker for a lot of my customers) or a mobile app. There is no way that I can see to add a new topic. The banners glitch (like Twitter) so you have to figure out a proper size on your own (their recommendation is great for mobile but terrible for desktop). On and on and on. I feel like this is a very new app that might do better as time goes on. However, I need something that is finished, particularly if I'm going to be paying for it.

Simple app with lots of potential. Very active developers releasing regular features and always willing to help out with bespoke customisations. Highly recommend and excited to see where it goes!

I really appreciate your quick response in translating the app into Japanese. The fact that you did this for free and so quickly is truly remarkable. I believe that communication with customers is one of the most important benefits of Shopify. Fast and friendly when contacting them and asking about features and issues I have. Time will show if the app is perfect for OUR needs, but so far all is looking good.

I´m super happy with the App. The customer service is awesome and the software developers are doing a great job. It is awesome, that you can create a community based on a course (Courses Plus). That is perfect for selling online courses. I'm looking forward to all the upcoming Updates <3

Recently installed, however I requested help from support and they had the quickest response and fix to my problem I've seen on the app store.
