Conjura: Profit Analytics

We’ve been using Conjura for eight months and initially had a great experience. Over the last three months, however, we uncovered serious errors in its financial reporting. It was counting Amazon orders we hadn’t fulfilled as sales—making our revenue and profit look substantially higher than they actually were. Conjura confirmed the problem. After weeks of chasing, they declined to correct the historical figures, citing a lack of engineering capacity, and provided no date for a permanent fix. The response felt like we’d requested a change of button colour, rather than flagged seriously misleading financial information. This has rendered the software useless for our purpose: reliably tracking overall sales and profitability. We previously recommended Conjura. Based on how this has been handled, we no longer can.
