I'm using an app to import products from Amazon to Shopify: overall, it works very well. Occasionally, I encounter a few minor issues, but the chat support is always available and quick to respond. For this reason, it fully deserves 5 stars.

The app general performs well and does what it needs to very well. The support are on-hand most times I've needed them but time-zones do affect this sometimes. The app is good for automatically passing orders to Amazon and it does this well for all countries if you're set up with Shopify markets like me. The one thing to be careful with is that the app pulls variations from Amazon exactly as Amazon have them. If you sell worldwide you'll know Amazon messes this up and so you'll need to go through the labourious process of braking the variations apart in Shopify and then re-link the products in the app. It would be good if the developers added a way to break apart variations automatically.

Great app with outstanding support! Amazon Connectr & FBA Sync works extremely well for syncing our Shopify store with Amazon. The interface is clear, the features are robust, and the synchronization is reliable. A special shout-out to the support team — incredibly responsive, always ready to help with setup or to troubleshoot very specific issues. You can really feel their commitment to finding the right solutions, which makes a huge difference. Highly recommended for anyone working with Amazon FBA!

This app is perfect for the 700,000 plus skus I have in my catalog. The process is a little slow because of the volume of skus the app pulls, but the customer service is amazing. They even created the csv files to make the importing into my Shopify go quicker. Very responsive to my inquiries as well.

It's great. Get the Super Sync version as it updates every 15 minutes. I wish I had found this years ago.

Great app and customer service! Was able to get all my amazon products into my Shopify account. The support team helped me out with all questions I had and helped fix a problem I was having with the software.

My company has been using this app for 1 week now and so far the customer help team has been in rapid response to answer any questions we have and deal with any misunderstandings. They have so far helped us to completely sync all amazon listings and pull all (written) Amazon reviews.

From all the apps that promise automated fulfillment via MCF, the team of Connectr is the fastest to reply and actually assist in rooting our any errors the app might encounter. So far we are still testing the app, to make sure everything is syncing and working as planned. The app does work flawlessly once orders are correctly imported to the app!
