I can't say enough great things about Joe, the owner of Connex for QuickBooks. He has been absolutely instrumental in helping us integrate Shopify, our eCommerce platform, with QuickBooks Desktop for our business, Save Rite Medical. Joe's expertise and dedication to providing seamless solutions made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only was he quick to address our needs, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that the integration was optimized for our workflow. Edited: I'm updating this review because it seems things have changed at Connex. They've got great customer service now, and they're following through on issues affecting business with good advice and timely fixes. I'm very happy with the response time from the support team. If you need to save time getting orders into QuickBooks, or if you're creating orders in QuickBooks that need to be synced into shipping integrations, give Connex a try. You'll be happy you did!

Update: Connex has finally hired a dedicated customer service team and is working on improving support, help docs, and the user interface. The support has helped us understand the tool better and how to make the most of it. No other tool has worked for us because our current setup is way too complicated and Connex has been the best tool to make our transactions into Quickbooks for desktop.

I loved this app when I first started using it, I got an annual metered plan that was around $150 a month. Then I was migrated to $199 a month when the pricing structure changed. Recently I got an email that I was being migrated to almost $400/month for 2 sales channels. They just priced themselves out of value for our company.

When I first got this app in 2020, the customer service was AMAZING and it worked great. I loved how it would record my sales as well as match my deposits. Sadly the app has been less reliable in 2022 and rarely were deposits matched. I spent more time manually recording things that it was no longer worth having. And the stellar customer service from 2020/21 is now non-existent. I wish them all the best but they are no longer a company that supports small businesses.
