I recently had a unique issue affecting my sync and the support team worked with me over a couple of days to isolate the issue and fix it. We have been with Connex since 2020 and I can count on one hand how many times we have had an issue with the program. When we have had an issue they are quick to respond and knowledgeable to know how to fix the issue.
