Connex Ecommerce
Connex for QuickBooks has received mixed reviews from users. Positive aspects include excellent customer service, seamless integration with QuickBooks and Shopify, and helpful support team. However, some users have faced challenges with pricing changes, app updates causing issues with settings, and a decline in customer support quality. Had to delete it. New updates they did kept voiding past three months sales with a rounding error. Had to delete all the sales and have them sync again. Happend three time. Duplicate entries etc. What a nightmare. After I got made this is what the owner said. connexecommerce.com 8:34 AM (5 hours ago) to me Hi Tom, Thanks for the feedback. I don't think this is a good fit for us as a customer and I think it's best if we part ways. I recommend using a 3rd party IMS like Cin7 and A2X for a business of your size. I will cancel the account immediately and refund the last month. -Joe
We have been with Connex since 2018. I am a bookkeeper and have had to navigate the automation of Shopify order entry into Quickbooks by the seat of my pants. I couldn't have done it without Joseph and the team at Connex. They held my hand upon initial implementation and they have continued to provide excellent service over the last seven years. I recommend this integration and the team at Connex.
I recently had a unique issue affecting my sync and the support team worked with me over a couple of days to isolate the issue and fix it. We have been with Connex since 2020 and I can count on one hand how many times we have had an issue with the program. When we have had an issue they are quick to respond and knowledgeable to know how to fix the issue.
Joe and his team are the best!
I find Connex very responsive and very helpful in their support to their clients. I am always met with understanding of my issue and knowledge of my issues at all levels. I am glad to be with them in helping me move my information.
