Before Consio, there was no software that allowed us to connect seamlessly with Shopify to make phone calls. Aside from email and SMS outreach, phone calls have been one of the biggest drivers of revenue for us, and Consio.ai is truly the Klaviyo of this space. We’re able to create multiple campaigns, and now we have the ability to make calls per campaign, with everything integrated directly inside Consio. All the information our callers need is available in one place, making the process smooth and efficient. Honestly, I can’t believe no one had built this before. Calling is such an untapped channel that can generate a significant amount of revenue. The Consio team is also incredibly supportive. They’re aggressive about releasing new features, huge on feedback, and genuinely listen to their customers. On top of that, they’re veterans in the e-commerce space, which shows in how well the platform is built for operators like us. Consio.ai has completely changed how we run outreach, it’s a game-changer.
