Once you accept a subscription it makes it very difficult to cancel it and they keep charging you
We’re sorry to hear this. Once a plan is approved, charges begin automatically, and you can cancel anytime directly from your Shopify admin, by uninstalling the app and there are no restrictions from our side. Uninstalling the app immediately cancels future charges. If you prefer to keep it installed, we can also cancel the license for you. We did reach out earlier to help but didn’t hear back. Great customer service and app does what we need. What be good to have an option to hide products from the collection pages as well.
App doesn't show up. Just a permanent error message in admin.
