Once you accept a subscription it makes it very difficult to cancel it and they keep charging you
We’re sorry to hear this. Once a plan is approved, charges begin automatically, and you can cancel anytime directly from your Shopify admin, by uninstalling the app and there are no restrictions from our side. Uninstalling the app immediately cancels future charges. If you prefer to keep it installed, we can also cancel the license for you. We did reach out earlier to help but didn’t hear back. Our support team is always available at [email protected] to assist at any point and help with your concerns.
App doesn't show up. Just a permanent error message in admin.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. This isn’t expected behavior, and the app is working as intended for other stores. We did reach out earlier to investigate this further and requested a brief reinstall so we could identify and fix the issue, but we didn’t hear back before the app was uninstalled. We’d be more than happy to review this further and get everything working smoothly. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll take the full ownership of resolving this.
Do not install this app. It injects custom code onto your homepage, this will not be removed when you uninstall LockOn. Error:Request is not from shopify is what I'm seeing plastered on all my pages. We couldn't use Location locking on $0 plan. When attempting to upgrade to test the Location Locking, we get an error code.
