Best ever translation app! super staisfied with customer service and their services

Great app. Just installed 10 minutes ago and easily fixed my problem that gave me a big headache - needed to find a place that would translate my Judge.me reviews and widgets into different languages. Cost friendly and support was very supportive.

I have worked with T Lab and the Sherpas Design team for an extremely long time now and both their app and team have been phenomenal. The app is intuitive and easy to use but the best part is their team. I have made many custom requests and asked plenty of questions about how to do things in the app and they have delivered on all my inquiries well.

Perfect app and even better customer service. Had some issues but after contacting via the chat they replied almost immediately. Issues (basically no issues but more questions how to do this and that) are solved and solutions which I asked for were offered immediately. Great app. Definitely a must go if you want to go internationally! AAA+++ rated

It was easy to insall. The translation to swedish is not perfect so I have to do it manually. It take a bit of time but it is easy to undertand!

I've just installed the app and needed the language and currency selector integrated into the header of our webshop. Within minutes the developer replied to my request and within 20 minutes it was already working in my template. This is very satisfying as a customer. So far I had a great experience.

I am absolutely satisfied so far! The service was immediately available and helped me with all the settings – the best service I have experienced so far. About the app: You should review the translations as the AI sometimes makes mistakes or doesn't translate everything. However, this can be easily fixed with just a few clicks. Great app, thank you!

T-Lab is incredibly simple to use—super user-friendly. Even with the basic paid plan, you can do so much, making it a great value. A special mention to Stoycho from customer service, who was absolutely fantastic! He helped me resolve some translation issues and patiently walked me through basic processes to ensure the site and translations worked perfectly. He was always kind and thorough in his explanations. Highly recommend this app, and the customer service makes it even better!

Customer service is great! Very fast and responsive. Even their bot is good. The actual app has been improved and is far superior, very user friendly. Does the job fast and efficient translations.
