**T-Lab: A Game-Changer for Multilingual Shopify Stores** I recently used T-Lab to translate my Shopify store from English to Spanish, and I couldn't be more impressed. The tool was incredibly easy to navigate, and the translation quality was excellent. However, I did run into a few hiccups during the setup process. That's when I reached out to T-Lab's support team. Stoycho, the support representative I worked with, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved all of my issues and provided clear, step-by-step instructions. One instance that really stood out was when I encountered a translation that wasn't working as expected. Stoycho responded promptly and provided a solution that worked perfectly. If you're running a Shopify store and need to cater to multiple audiences, I highly recommend T-Lab. The tool is user-friendly, the translations are accurate, and the support team is exceptional.

Big thanks to the development team and the product owner of this app! I am completely satisfied with it. I tested 5 different apps, and this one is my favorite: it has a user-friendly interface, all the features I wanted, and a very responsive support team, i recommend !

Après avoir testé beaucoup applications de traduction, j’ai finalement opté pour T Lab. L’interface est simple d'utilisation, et le prix est raisonnable comparé à d’autres options sur le marché. Un vrai critère de choix lorsqu'on a une boutique eCommerce sur le marché européen et qu'avoir entre 5 et 10 langues est quasi obligatoire. De plus, la gestion semi-auto ou automatique des traductions avec l'IA est un vrai plus. Un autre point fort est le support : à chaque fois que j’ai eu une question ou un souci, ils ont toujours répondu rapidement et trouvé une solution.

Update to my previous comment - they have contacted us and we've worked together to understand the functionality and how AI integrates into the process. I am pleased to report that the issue has been completely resolved to our satisfaction. We are currently very happy with the app and appreciate the support provided in resolving our concerns. Thank you for your attentive and effective service. Old Comment; It has failed to translate even a single language, which is a crucial functionality that the app should provide. This problem is impacting our ability to operate effectively in different markets. Could you please investigate this issue urgently and provide a resolution or a suitable workaround? We rely on this feature for our operations and need it to function properly.

Terrible text translation in the last month/two. Before was much better. App cant translate easy texts. Thank you for solving the problem.

Klappt alles wunderbar, besonders der Support. Für uns die beste Übersetzungs-App, bei der man sehr leicht auch eigene Korrekturen machen kann. Das ist besonders hilfreich, wenn die KI Produktnamen nicht richtig kennt - und das ist ja dann sehr peinlich, wenn man etwas in einer anderen Sprache verkaufen will, aber der Produktname ist falsch... Nutze die App nun seit 1.5 Jahren in 4 Sprachen - besser geht`s nicht. TOP!
