The app works (with its limitations) but definitely better than the Shopify translate app. If you need to update little content here and there, it is better to use CSV import than auto-translate, so you can save some credits. The support team is responsive and helpful.

Great customer service! My message was checked very fast, and I got instant help for my problem. App has worked well also. Second time when i contacted with problem i tought was big i got instant help! e eaven tested some changes for me! higly recommend

It was really great. the chat support is fantastic. They were helpful to me and knew the problems i faced. Especially Lina was a great help to guide me through the process of finding out my sections to translate effectively :)

Since we use the application in our online store, we can reach more people with our content and our products. We are currently translating our website in 3 languages (English, Spanish and French). We have used other translation apps in the past but we settled on T LAB as it's very easy to use and easy to find all the elements you want to translate. Customer service is very fast in responding and also solving any issue you might have. Totally recommend and a big high five to Lina for all her help!

The app has some of the amazing features. The best that I like is the custom translation which helps to translation basically any text on the store irrelevant of whether it is inside the theme section or coming from a third party app. The customer support is great. I wanted to have the language switcher installed in the header of my store. The team from this app achieved the results exactly as I wished. Therefore overall very happy with the app and highly recommend it.

I have been using the translation app for my Shopify store and I have to say that it has been a great tool. It is easy to use and has allowed me to expand my store into new languages smoothly. The customer service has also been top-notch. Whenever I had a question, the support team was quick to respond and helped me resolve any issues I had. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to expand their store into new languages.

Fantastic translation app, very organized and easy to use. While you can already do a lot with the free version, I highly recommend any serious business owner to subscribe to a paid version that matches your need. It will make your life so much easier, you wont’t regret it. What’s even more amazing is the support they provide: attentive, solves my problems quickly and makes me feel like a VIP… even when I was just using the free version at the beginning. Really helps builds confidence for a novice web builder like me. I’ll be sticking with these guys for a long long time!
