Great app for translating your store quickly and efficiently. Everything is easy to use and saves a lot of time when managing multiple languages. The support team is amazing and responds very fast. Special thanks to Stoycho, who has helped me multiple times and always explains exactly how to solve any issue step by step. The support is truly outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to expand their store internationally.

5 star even when I say: no translation app is perfect, but this one definitely one of the best around. Have been using for many years (since 2021) a different app, where i had to have my own accounts with deepl or console.cloud.google.com to get professional translations (with the associated costs), till i did run into big trouble when we updated to the latest version of our theme (Venue): it seems that we hit the max allowed translations for the shopify locale files so in some languages the shopping cart was partially translated. They could not help me so I tried T-lab: T-Lab was able to do most, not all, but to a workable level, so we switched. I had to get used to the different UI, but it seems i got used to it, having in mind how little I ask support for help, which I did mostly just after switching over. Since it is using the Open AI platform translations keep on improving, and then to think all is included, no additional account charges for the translation engine used. Our website seems to get better every day! I speak 3 languages and the default language we have is Swedish (since we are based in sweden, but my own native language is Dutch so I am able to judge the translation quality in my own language and it is basically incredible! Support for getting you up and running is what is needs to be: GOOD! So no regret having moved over at all. We switched over in beginning of December 2025 and I refuse to write a review after just a few days. Last commend: the few negative reviews of this app: there are always some issues with these translation apps: it is finding how to get around it and make it work. I think we did and yes, that takes some time, but this app is well worth my time

Prompt response and I like the language switcher on both mobile and desktop, and it’s looking good!

The customer service is incredibly fast and highly efficient. This is the first translation app I’ve switched to after using Google Translate, mainly because Google limits you to only two languages. This app is far more powerful and definitely worth the price.

I absolutely love this app! It makes translating everything incredibly easy - it even allows you to upload translated product images, so your whole website feels truly professional! The customer service is outstanding. They’ve helped me multiple times already, from making sure the dropdown design is what I wanted to patiently answering all my questions. Highly recommend!

I’m very satisfied with T Lab – AI Language Translate. The app makes translating store content fast and easy, saving a lot of time compared to manual translations. It offers accurate AI translations, supports multiple languages, and allows quick updates across products and pages. The interface is simple and intuitive, making localization effortless. A very useful app for expanding to international markets. Highly recommended!
