Customer service has been amazing with any issue I've come across. Max was very helpful with the operating system of T Lab. I wasn't aware on the app when you go to Theme Section you can type in the search bar the wording to make the necessary changes to make the translation possible. Thank you T Lab.

I used couple of translation apps in the past and Translation Lab is simply the best, by far ! The team is also very helpful if we have any issue. I strongly recommend them. Thanks to Max, Lina and Milen.

Works great for me, all the small words it translate automatically , with large pieces of text I use a translate app to help me out

Por ahora he usado la versión gratuita para comprobar cómo funciona. Por el momento todo bien. El equipo te atiende perfectamente y soluciona cualquier problema. Lo único que las traducciones son manuales en el plan gratuito (solo tienes 2000 palabras) pero es sencillo de usar, con lo que con google translate como ayuda funciona bien.

I like that the custom theme sections can be intuitively found and translated in the app, it's a great feature. They might appear differently, sometimes all in the Home or Pages tab, sometimes in separate sections. Tip: the separate sections have alphanumeric names by default, but if the names are updated in the code, they appear in the app (for example, I named mine "HOME_ADVANTAGES", "HOME_REVIEWS", "FAQ_OUR_PRODUCT", etc), and then they appear like this in the app, too. If you update the names throughout the in the code, don't forget to update them in a list at the bottom ; )

Translation Lab are an excellent company who provided us support in two major instances when we needed them the most. Metin, in particular was exceptional in accommodating our requests to ask Sherpas Design to directly upload translations files for us into Shopify where we were facing challenges with large volumes that we needed to upload! They were very quick to respond to our questions and provide solutions. Highly Recommend!

Excellent app. My store runs in German and English there was a small problem at check out with translating but they quickly fix it for me when shopify couldn't.
